What's the expected response time on a support ticket?

Typical response times for DNR support tickets and how urgent issues are escalated.

Most support tickets receive an initial response within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

  • Routine tickets — answered in order of receipt, typically within one business day.
  • Urgent issues — flagged tickets are escalated to the on-call team via Discord so a responder is alerted in near real-time.
  • Weekends and public holidays — response times can be slower outside of business hours. We monitor the queue but most replies will land on the next business day.

If your issue is time-sensitive (e.g., a race weekend), say so in the ticket description and we'll prioritise accordingly. You'll be notified by email and via the in-app bell whenever an admin responds.
