A plugin page is locked or greyed out. What do I do?
Work through these in order. They cover nearly every case.
1. Is the plugin activated? Open the plugin's Home page. If the STATUS card says Plugin Disabled, press the sign in button and authenticate in the browser window that opens. Being a paying member is not enough on its own; the plugin has to be signed in to know it.
2. Does your tier include that feature? Ambient Lights, Flag Boxes, Eyebrows, Overlays and Control Decks need Team Driver or above. Race Academy needs Team Principal or above. Everything else in the LED suite needs Pit Crew.
3. Has your membership just renewed or lapsed? During renewal the plugin may deactivate briefly and reactivate itself once payment is processed. If a membership has expired, the plugin stays deactivated until a new subscription starts.
4. Is it a per control lock rather than a page lock? A colour box that will not open is usually not a membership problem. Per input colours are locked unless the device's theme is Custom, and they are overridden entirely while Universal Theme is on. The plugin prints the reason on the control.
5. Still stuck? On the Home page, sign out and sign back in, which refreshes your tier. If the plugin has been offline for a long time it may be working from a cached view of your account.
If none of that helps, open a ticket and say which page is locked and what your Home page shows under MEMBERSHIP STATUS.
