I am completely new. Where do I start?
Six steps and your whole rig lights, reads and reacts together. The plugin is the only piece you have to set up; everything else runs on top of it.
- Create your account. A free account gets you the downloads. A membership opens up the profiles, dashboards and tools that sit on top of them.
- Get the plugin. The DNR SimHub plugin is the engine. Every other DNR product reads its telemetry from this one piece, and it is a free download.
- Install and sign in. Drop it into SimHub and log in once. That single login carries your membership across every product you own. Make sure SimHub is fully closed while the installer runs.
- Pick what you race with. LED Profiles, Dashboards, Overlays, Control Decks, Track Rivals and Race Academy. Take one or take the lot.
- Point it at your hardware. Tell the plugin what you have and it does the rest. There is a walkthrough for every device we support.
- Go racing. That is the setup done.
You will also need the latest version of SimHub itself, from simhubdash.com, because DNR uses new SimHub features as they land.
The full version of this, with links, is at danielnewmanracing.com/getting-started. There is a video walkthrough of the plugin install under Support > Tutorials.
