Giving your team their seats

Two ways, from Dashboard, Enterprise, Seats. Which one to use depends on whether you know their email address.

Invitations. Enter somebody's email and they are invited directly. Best when you know who each seat is for: staff, a fixed squad, colleagues you already email.

Seat codes. Generate codes that look like `SEAT-XXXX-XXXX` and hand them out. The person redeems theirs at Dashboard, Redeem. Best when you do not have a list of addresses, or when somebody else is distributing them for you.

Either way the seat lands on that person's own DNR account, so their settings and laps are theirs and stay with them.

Seats are people, not machines. There is no per rig licence. A venue with eight rigs and three staff logins needs seats for the three staff. The rigs themselves are covered by the subscription, which is what fleet setups, branding and kiosk mode work against.

The Fleet page shows which rigs are actually alive and which have gone quiet, so you can see your machines separately from your people.
