Why can't I download certain products?
If you see a "Subscription Required" badge or cannot download a product, it means:
- Not logged in - Sign in to access your tier's content
- Free user - The product requires a paid membership
- Tier restriction - Your current tier doesn't include this content
To access locked content, you can upgrade your membership tier. Visit Dashboard > Billing to manage your subscription, or check the Pricing page to compare tier benefits.
