How do I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
To change your membership tier:
- Go to Dashboard > Billing
- Click Manage Billing & Membership
- This opens the Stripe Customer Portal
- Select Update Plan and choose your new tier
Upgrades are prorated - you'll only pay the difference for the remaining billing period, and your new tier access begins immediately.
Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, so you'll retain your current tier benefits until then.
