My device is not supported. Will you add it?
Your membership gets you every profile DNR has built. If a device is not on the compatible devices list at danielnewmanracing.com/compatible-devices, no profile exists for it and none is promised.
The reason is straightforward and stated openly in the device support policy: we do not write a profile for hardware we do not own. A layout built from photographs and guesswork is worse than no layout, because it looks finished and is quietly wrong.
If your rim is not listed, you are not stuck. The LED profiles still work on generic addressable LEDs. What is brand specific is the pre drawn button layout in the plugin, meaning the picture of your wheel you click on. Without it you can still run RPM, telemetry and Co-Pilot profiles on the device.
Manufacturers: DNR asks that hardware is sent rather than lent. Exceptions are handled case by case, and the policy asks that you do not read that as a yes.
If you think a device is popular enough to be worth covering, tell support, and it goes on the list of things being weighed up.
