How do I disable two-factor authentication?
If you need to disable two-factor authentication (for example, when switching authenticator apps):
- Go to Dashboard > Profile > Account
- Scroll to the Two-Factor Authentication section
- Click Disable 2FA
- Enter your current authenticator app code to confirm
- 2FA is now disabled on your account
Note: Disabling 2FA reduces your account security. Rather than disabling it permanently, we recommend disabling and then immediately re-enabling it to set up your new authenticator app. This generates a fresh QR code and a new set of backup codes.
