Why isn't my plugin recognizing my subscription?
If the plugin isn't recognizing your subscription, try these steps:
- Verify your account - Ensure you're signed in with the correct DNR account
- Check subscription status - Go to Dashboard > Billing and confirm your subscription is active
- Re-authenticate - Sign out of the plugin and sign back in
- Check device limit - Ensure you haven't exceeded your device limit
- Restart SimHub - Sometimes a simple restart resolves connection issues
