How do the colours actually reach my lights?

DNR calculates the colour and hands it to SimHub through the DNR light profile, which passes it to your physical light.

DNR calculates the colour, then hands it to SimHub through the "Daniel Newman Racing – Ambient Lighting" light profile. SimHub's Ambient Lights module passes it to your physical light.

So both the DNR tab and SimHub's Ambient Lights page need to be set up.
